Plan a club event in Lucerne

In clubs, volunteers plan alongside work and family: dates for the AGM, volunteer shifts at the fête, the annual outing. Pickeed takes the chasing off your hands – replies, tasks and reminders run through one plan everyone reaches by link.

Planning in Lucerne

For a club event in Lucerne, Picks shows venues and activities for groups – and with a public event, non-members hear about it too.

In Lucerne, the lake and the old town attract many visitors too – for bigger groups it pays to sort out bookings early.

No public events or Picks in Lucerne yet – plan the first one.

How to plan it with Pickeed

  1. A plan for the event

AGM, outing, fête or training – with description, place and contact.

  2. Invite members

One link for everyone, including members without an account or the app.

  3. Volunteers and tasks

Shifts, cake buffet, set-up and clean-up: tasks and the what-to-bring list show what's still missing.

  4. Meet regularly

For training or regular meetups: a rhythm of its own with replies and reminders.
