Event planning guides
Practical guides for the occasions people in Switzerland plan together most often – with checklists, common questions and tips for your city.
Plan a birthday party – without the chat chaos
A milestone birthday, a surprise party or a relaxed brunch: the party itself is rarely the hard part – the back and forth before it is. Who can make it when? Who brings what? Who gives what? Pickeed keeps it all in one place – your guests only need the link.

Plan a stag or hen party – kept secret, without the chat chaos
Usually the best man or maid of honour plans with a group where not everyone knows each other. Dates, programme, money and secrecy all end up in one huge group chat. Pickeed keeps it tidy: one plan, one date, one schedule, clear costs.

Find a date without Doodle – just say «Works»
Scheduling polls with twenty columns are tedious: everyone has to tick every date, and in the end nothing fits anyway. Pickeed turns it around. Time Pick suggests a concrete date – your people just say whether it fits. If it doesn't, the next one comes.
Plan a company event – without spreadsheets and email chains
Team events rarely fail because of the idea – it's the organisation: a date for 30 people, yes and no replies, dietary needs, budget. With Pickeed's company space, teams plan meetings, outings and celebrations with templates – separate from private plans.

Wedding: coordinate guests – everything in one place
A wedding involves many people: guests, family, best man and maid of honour, suppliers. Who's coming, who brings a plus-one, who takes on which task, what's on the wish list? Pickeed keeps replies, schedule, tasks, wish list and budget together in one plan – and guests join with a link.

Plan an apéro – quick to plan, long to enjoy
An apéro should be easy – the planning often isn't: who's coming, where do we meet, who brings wine, who brings snacks? With Pickeed, the apéro is set in minutes: suggest a date, vote on the place, share a what-to-bring list.

Plan a club event – without mass emails and phone chains
In clubs, volunteers plan alongside work and family: dates for the AGM, volunteer shifts at the fête, the annual outing. Pickeed takes the chasing off your hands – replies, tasks and reminders run through one plan everyone reaches by link.
