Guide

Find a date without Doodle – just say «Works»

Scheduling polls with twenty columns are tedious: everyone has to tick every date, and in the end nothing fits anyway. Pickeed turns it around. Time Pick suggests a concrete date – your people just say whether it fits. If it doesn't, the next one comes.

How to plan it with Pickeed

  1. Create a plan

What, with whom and roughly when – for example «next two weeks, evenings».

  2. Invite people

By link, QR code or straight from your people. Guests without an account can reply too.

  3. Confirm the suggestion

Time Pick suggests a date. Everyone taps «Works» or «Not a fit» – no grid, no ticking boxes.

  4. Fixed in your calendar

Once the date is set, it goes into your calendar if you like. Reminders come automatically.

Checklist

  • Connect your calendar: Pickeed only reads when you're busy – never titles, places or attendees.
  • Give a time range instead of single dates – Time Pick then has more room.
  • For regular meetups (a weekly drink, training) there's a rhythm of its own with yes and no replies.
  • Free on short notice? Spot Pick lets you know when you're all free – only if you want.

Common questions

How is this different from a scheduling poll?

Instead of ticking many dates, everyone answers one concrete suggestion. That's quicker and leads to a fixed date sooner.

Do I have to connect my calendar?

No, it's optional. If you do, Pickeed only sees «busy» or «free».

Does it cost anything?

No. Pickeed is free for private plans, in the browser and in the app.
