Delete your account

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of differences, the German version applies.

You can delete your Pickeed account yourself at any time – in the iPhone and Android app as well as on pickeed.com.

How it works

• Sign in to Pickeed.
• Tap Profile at the bottom.
• Scroll down to Your account and choose Delete account.
• Enter your email address to confirm – done.

Can't get into your account any more? Write to info@pickeed.com from your account's email address. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm this to you.

What is deleted

• Immediately: email address, name, password, profile (about me, home town, birthday), profile picture, preferences, dietary requirements, calendar connections, devices for notifications and the link to Google or Apple.
• Your own plans without other members.
• Your ratings and named survey answers.

What remains

Contributions to plans with other members (e.g. chat messages) stay visible to the group but appear as «Deleted account» without a name or email. Anonymous survey answers were never linked to you. We keep encrypted backups for 14 days; after that everything is gone. More in the Privacy Policy.
